Mary Lou Parker won Crickler’s Employee of the Quarter for the Fourth Quarter of 2022!!

Mary Lou has been an outstanding route driver for 40 years. Her truck and route are consistently spotless, even when her route may get busy. Additionally, her truck and machine inventories are excellent and held to a high standard. She shows outstanding communication skills regarding all elements of route management. She is a reliable team member by not calling in and always showing up ready to work. Mary Lou routinely comes to work with a positive attitude and is always willing to go out of her way to help. Her customers often voice their likeness and appreciation of her. Mary Lou constantly goes above and beyond for her Crickler team and to provide the best customer service possible.

Brenda Bennion won Crickler’s Employee of the Quarter for the First Quarter of 2023!!

Brenda is a joy to work with and always comes to work with a great attitude. She does an excellent job when interacting with customers, by communicating with them in a timely manner and professionally. Brenda is reliable and is always readily available to help with new projects and tasks. She helps all three of our Crickler branches work cohesively and has been doing a standout job transitioning into her new role as Assistant Service Manager!

Randy has been professionally servicing our office coffee service customers for many years and is an absolute pleasure to work with! He has an incredible work ethic and is always ready to go above and beyond to help our customers, employees, and managers. Randy has a wealth of knowledge and is 100% committed to high standards of service, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Scott Stone won Crickler’s Employee of the Quarter for the Third Quarter of 2023!!

Scott is an absolute pleasure to work with due to his friendly presence and consistently positive attitude. He is an extremely dedicated hard worker, who is always looking to find ways to help our Crickler team and the overall operations of the warehouse. Scott is an extremely reliable team member. You can always count on him to show up and to accomplish any task you give him. Scott is the anchor and “unsung hero” of the warehouse.

Kevin Bishop won Crickler’s Employee of the Quarter for the Fourth Quarter of 2023!!

Kevin is an extremely dedicated team member that Crickler is elated and proud to have. He takes every aspect of the company’s needs very seriously. He has proven over his time working for our company, that he is willing to do anything that needs to be done, without question and he goes above and beyond on every project that is put in front of him.

One day he will work in the shop prepping machines while taking calls from other technicians who are asking him for advice. Then the next day, he will jump on the move truck to then set up some of our most complicated kiosk/camera installs. He is always willing and always prepared to take on the day to ensure that the job is done right.

He makes the service team stronger as a whole in every aspect of our operation. He is just as comfortable digging into an unknown situation as he is at talking with customers and representing our company. He is a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to lend a hand.  Kevin is a fantastic team player and an all-around dependable person.
